TRS leaders hail KCR for exposing BJP
HYDERABAD: TRS leaders on Friday welcomed Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao 'exposing' the BJP's ‘modus operandi’ to purchase four TRS MLAs, by releasing the audio and video footage of the 'covert operation'.
TRS leaders said the CM's call to people on Thursday to save democracy had evoked a huge response at the national level.
TRS MLA Devireddy Sudheer Reddy said, "The audio and video footage released by CM have exposed the true colours of BJP and their conspiracies to topple democratically elected governments formed by non-BJP parties across. Till now, no CM or any party has dared to expose the BJP's covert operations to dethrone governments. Only TRS and CM KCR have caught them redhanded. Time has come for all the non-BJP parties to join hands with KCR to save democracy."
Party MLA K.P. Vivekanand said, "CM KCR will soon approach leaders of non-BJP parties and build a national movement against the undemocratic methods of the BJP on the lines of people's movement headed by J.P. Narayan during the Emergency. He will take up the fight in all forms including legal."
