Vijayawada: Housing minister Jogi Ramesh has termed the Telugu Desam-Jana Sena combination as a virus readying to attack the inhabitants of AP.
Refuting the claim of JS chief Pawan Kalyan that the TD-JS alliance was a vaccine, Ramesh said the Pawan-Chandrababu combination was impure. “It is like a virus and poisonous seed and that's why people don't like both. The YSRC will not be afraid of any alliances and will face the elections directly and on its own,” he has asserted.
Addressing the media here on Thursday, the minister asked Pawan Kalyan why he was holding Naidu’s legs for 20 MLA seats in AP, as he would be directly contesting 40 MLA seats in the Telangana state. “Kalyan has sold himself out to Chandrababu and is unfit and useless in politics.
The minister said that he is planning to do two films with Pawan Kalyan namely Johnny – the murderer and Gabbar Singh – Rubber Singh as Kalyan is unfit for politics and he wants to promote him in movies.
Ramesh said the people knew these two parties cheated the people in the 2014 elections. Chandrababu made financial scams and cheated the government in the name of various schemes. “Pawan Kalyan’s adopted father Chandrababu Naidu is in the Rajahmundry Central Jail after his suitcase companies’ transactions were exposed as also his hawala activities. Pawan is trying to gather support for Naidu.”
He referred to the claim of Pawan Kalyan that 2,000 thugs arrived in Pedana to carry out an attack on him. “Fact is that there were not even 2,000 people at his public meeting in Pedana. The poor response from the public showed Pawan Kalyan’s allegations are baseless and politically motivated.”
“Pawan Kalyan felt the people will give a grand welcome to his Varahi after announcing the alliance of TD and JS. However, after this announcement, the first meeting was held at Avanigadda, which turned out to be a poor show,” he added.
He asked Pawan Kalyan about the murder of former MLA Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga Rao, saying the murder was done by TD men. “How can Pawan support Chandrababu and the accused in Ranga murder,” he asked.
Regarding Pawan’s remarks on the ‘Rupayi Pavala government’, Jogi Ramesh said Pawan Kalyan had the name ‘Pavala’. Expanding the Rupayi Pavala and explaining its meaning, he said, “The first Pavala is Chandrababu Naidu, the second is Pawan Kalyan, the third is Yellow Media, the fourth is the cover of various political parties and the last Pavala is Joint Action Committees.”
