MLA Vishnu lashes out at Lokesh
VIJAYAWADA: AP Planning Board vice-chairman and MLA Malladi Vishnu has lashed out at Telugu Desam leader Nara Lokesh, saying he was “playing dirty politics and spreading false allegations against the chief minister’s family.
He condemned Lokesh's comments against Y.S. Bharathi at the Nellore meeting of the TD.
As part of the Gadapa Gadapa programme on Friday, the MLA visited the 30th division 246th ward secretariat along with the local corporator and other party leaders.
Vishnu said speaking out against women who have nothing to do with politics showed the lack of a culture of TD leaders. Worse, “it is ridiculous of Lokesh to talk against corruption while he is keeping those like Narayana and Somireddy beside him.”
The MLA recalled the words of Atchannaidu, “Party ledu Tokka ledu” and said, “Now he says the TD graph has increased, which is ridiculous.” He recalled that the graph of TD, which had fallen to 23 seats while in power, will not increase in the future at any cost.
