TTD Chief warns YSRC about Opposition's Evil Designs
Tirupati: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) chairman and Tirupati MLA Bhumana Karunakar Reddy on Sunday urged YSR Congress cadres to be vigilant in countering evil schemes of Telugu Desam chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan.
He asked ruling party leaders and workers to rededicate themselves to the cause of re-electing Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in the upcoming elections, so that the state can be saved from evil forces.
The TTD chairman held an extensive meeting with party cadres in Tirupati on Sunday, ahead of a similar state-level gathering scheduled in Vijayawada. CM Jagan Mohan Reddy will address the meeting in Vijayawada and provide party members with a comprehensive roadmap for the upcoming elections.
Addressing the meeting in Tirupati, Karunakar Reddy lauded YSRC government's efforts in distributing Rs 3.5 lakh crore to the underprivileged sections in the state. "Let us embark on the election field with the clear goal of ensuring victory for the YSRC. In the next 5–6 months, everyone should engage with people at grassroots, educating them about “Mallee Jagananna Enduku (why Jagan again) programme," he underlined.
The TTD chairman asked party cadres to counter the negative propaganda against the government by Naidu, Pawan Kalyan and their supporters.
He further noted that 60 per cent of the population benefiting from various welfare schemes will wholeheartedly support CM Jagan in returning to power.
