Hyderabad: The Congress party will release its Minority Declaration here on Thursday. It will be released by senior leader Salman Khurshid. The Declaration will contain details of welfare schemes and development programmes aimed at the uplift of minorities that the party will implement if it is voted to power in Telangana.
The Congress has already released Declarations for farmers, youth, women, SCs and STs.
Meanwhile, the BC Declaration will be released in Kamareddy on Friday by Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
