Rajaiah Takes Charge as Rythu Bandhu Samiti Chief
Warangal: Station Ghanpur BRS legislator Thatikonda Rajaiah, miffed at being denied a renomination, on Monday took charge as president of the Rythu Bandhu Samiti (RBS). He will be in the post for two years.
Rajaiah thanked Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao for reposing faith in him. He greeted by farmers and his close associates for the elevation.
Rajaiah was the only MLA out of 12 in the erstwhile Warangal district area who was denied a ticket. The Station Ghanpur ticket has been allotted to MLC Kadiam Srihari. To calm Rajaiah, Chandrashekar Rao recently appointed him as the head of the Rythu Bandhu corporation.
