MP Ramesh feigns ignorance on Babu-Shah meet details
VISHAKHAPATNAM: Rajya Sabha member C.M. Ramesh said only central leaders could say what transpired between union home minister Amit Shah and TD President N. Chandrababu Naidu during their half an hour meeting in New Delhi.
“Only those who participated in the meeting can reveal what got discussed,” he clarified, answering a question on the possible alliance between BJP and TD during the ensuing assembly elections.
The MP maintained that India has witnessed massive development of infrastructure under the rule of Narendra Modi, who took over as Prime Minister in 2014. Likewise, technology has also developed rapidly, drawing the attention of developed countries in the world.
Replying to a question on BJP ally Jana Sena participating in the public meeting of Amit Shah on July 11, Ramesh maintained that they have not invited any political party to the BJP meeting.
