Hyderabad: The Congress on Saturday announced the formation of several committees to prepare the party for the Assembly elections, with Damodar Raja Narasimha heading the election management panel.
Party MLA Duddilla Sridhar Babu will head the manifesto committee with Gaddam Prasad as its vice-chairman. The AICC programme implementation committee will be headed by Balram Naik and the publicity committee will have Shabbir Ali as chairman and E. Anil Kumar as vice-chairman.
The party’s chargesheet committee, charged with exposing the BRS, will be headed by Sampath Kumar with Ramulu Naik as vice chairman. Jetti Kusum Kumar will be chairman of communications committee with Mandan Mohan Rao as his deputy. The training committee will be headed by Ponnam Prabhakar and have Pavan Malladi as the convener and the strategy committee will be headed by Premsagar Rao.
