Vijayawada: Bharatiya Janata Party state spokesperson Sadhineni Yamini Sharma termed Congress a scam and underlined that BJP means development.
She charged that during the six decades of Congress rule, there had only been looting without any development.
Pointed to the latest instance, Yamini said Jharkhand Congress MP Dhiraj Sahu had been caught with ₹200–₹300 crore cash, which is part of the money looted from people.
The BJP spokesperson said till 2014, there had been 18,000 villages without electricity. Since then, the Narendra Modi government has provided power to majority villages.
Yamini charged that the present YSRC government in AP is also looting money from people. She called people to throw out both the corrupt Congress and YSRC from AP.
