Youth are with BJP for double-engine sarkar: Pradeep Rao
WARANGAL: In the past nine years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has led the country towards all-round development and put India at the top position in various fields, said BJP leader Errabelli Pradeep Rao in Warangal.
Attracted towards the good governance and welfare schemes by the Modi-led government, he said, young people were showing interest in joining the BJP. As many as 300 youths from various parties joined the BJP at a programme held in the 35th and 40th divisions here on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Pradeep Rao alleged that BRS MLA of Warangal East N. Narendar and the other local public representatives, who had been out of reach for the people, were now rushing to the colonies to know their problems since the elections were round the corner. However, the people were well aware of the BRS' gimmicks in the name of schemes like Gruha Lakshmi, Dalit Bandhu, BC Bandhu and Rythu Bandhu, which are actually for the benefit of BRS activists and not for the poor, he said.
Stating that the BRS government had betrayed unemployed youths and poor families by making false promises of unemployment dole and double-bedroom houses, Pradeep Rao said that people were vexed with the BRS leaders indulged in land and sand mafia and attracted towards the BJP government which is implementing the schemes like Jan Dan Yojana, Skill India Mission, Beti Bachao and Beti Padao, HRIDAY, PM Sureksha Bima Yojana and Smart City introduced for uplifting the weaker sections.
He added that not only youths, but also the people of various sections were very keen to have double-engine sarkar in the state by dethroning the BRS government.
BJP leaders P. Venkanna, Ch. Naveen, Ch. Raju, B. Krishna, C. Raja, Md. Yakub, Rajinikanth, B. Raju, G. Sunil and Younus were present.
