Complaint Files Against Malla Reddy With RO on Education Details in Affidavit

Hyderabad: A Medchal resident, Kandadi Anji Reddy of Dayara, lodged a complaint with the returning officer of the constituency against BRS candidate and minister Ch Malla Reddy for giving different details regarding his Intermediate education details in the affidavits that were filed for the 2014, 2018 and 2023 elections.

"Malla Reddy also furnished wrong age details and his assets details in affidavits," Anji Reddy said.

When he contested for the Lok Sabha, Malla Reddy’s affidavit showed that he finished his Intermediate education from the Government Junior College in Patny. In 2018, when he contested as MLA from Medchal, his affidavit listed Wesley College, Secunderabad. In the current election. Malla Reddy said he had finished his intermediate from Raghava Laxmi Devi Government Junior College.
