Mysuru: “No matter how many deadlines BJP leaders fix, with the blessings of Goddess Chamundeswari, the Congress-JD(S) coalition government in the state will be strong, firm and stable for the next five years. Party workers need not be anxious,” said Chief Minister H.D. Kumarswamy here on Sunday before the party workers' meeting ahead of Lok Sabha elections. “By February 25, dates for LS polls might be announced. Our party workers have aspired for Mysuru-Kodagu or Chamarajanagar constituency. It will be decided during a meeting of leaders of both parties," he said.
On PM Modi’s reference to his alleged “clerk” statement, he said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has developed a fear about us because we are giving good administration and our programmes are reaching the people. Mr Modi is facing the Rafale scam, while Mr H.D. Deve Gowda, during his short tenure as Prime Minister, had given good administration.”
