Adilabad: On the occasion of MLC K. Kavitha’s birthday, MLA Jogu Ramanna along with other BRS leaders and activists distributed fruits to patients at the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Adilabad on Monday.
Later, the MLA interacted with the patients and their attendants in the hospital. He inquired about the healthcare services they were getting at the hospital.
Speaking to the media, Ramanna said that Kavitha was fighting for the 33 per cent reservations for women in the Lok Sabha and state legislative Assemblies. He said the BRS leader’s one-day dharna received tremendous response from all sections of the people in the country.
Adilabad Bharat Jagruti district president Rangineni Srinivas, Goli Srinivas, Arigela Srikanth and Ganta Pramod, DCCB chairman Addi Bhojareddy and others participated in the programme.
