HYDERABAD: Union Minister of Tourism, culture and DoNER G. Kishan Reddy on Thursday reached New York on a five-day visit to the USA and the UK. Kishan Reddy is scheduled to attend the United Nations High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) and address a meeting of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation on Friday on global tourism development and its linkages to Sustainable Development Goals.
During his stay in New York, Kishan Reddy is also scheduled to visit the 9-11 Memorial and some museums. On his return journey from the US, Kishan Reddy is scheduled to make a stopover in London and will be back in India on July 19, according to a release from his office.
Kishan Reddy, who was recently appointed as the Telangana BJP president, is expected to take charge as the party head in the state after his return.
