Hyderabad: TPCC vice-president Gali Anil Kumar resigned from his post and primary membership of the Congress party on Wednesday.
“Following the collective opinion of my followers and well-wishers, I have decided to resign from the party”, he said.
Speaking to reporters in Sangareddy, Anil Kumar alleged that the party’s state leadership had done injustice to him.
‘I worked hard in a weak situation and aspired for the ticket from Narsapur but in vain’, he said.
BC leaders were being completely neglected in the party, he said, adding that he would soon announce his future plans.
