YSRC minister terms Naidu, Pawan, Lokesh as comedians
KAKINADA: BC welfare minister Ch. Srinivasa Gopalakrishna has described TD chief N. Chandrababu Naidu, his son Lokesh and Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan as “comic actors” who have reduced politics to a farce.
Speaking to reporters at Ramachandrapuram on Thursday, the minister said Pawan Kalyan is pompously proclaiming that no force can stop him from entering the assembly. “People have already prevented him from entering the assembly in 2019 elections,” he remarked.
Gopalakrishna said Nara Lokesh, who too got defeated, is also making the same claim. As regards Chandrababu Naidu, he wants to build a house at Kuppam. “Has anybody stopped him from building the house,’ he asked.
The minister ridiculed Pawan for declaring that he will poll votes much higher than the voter list. He said Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has allotted 50 per cent seats to BCs and he is striving hard for improving the livelihoods of poor in the state.
Gopalakrishna wondered how Pawan Kalyan can ally with Telugu Desam, which killed Kapu leader Vangaveeti Ranga and insulted Mudragada Padmanabham, a leading person among Kapus.
