Hyderabad: The six promises that the Congress party would be unveiling as part of it's guarantees by former Congress president Sonia Gandhi are Maha Lakshmi scheme, cheyutha, rythu bharosa, Ambedkar Abhaya Hastam, Yuva Vikasam and Mahila Sadhikaratha.
Under the Indiramma Gruha scheme along with a gas cylinder for Rs 500 to every woman the beneficiaries will get Rs five lakhs. The farmers will have a loan waiver of Rs 2 lakhs. Two lakh jobs will be filled within a year after the party comes to power.
A financial assistance of Rs 12 lakh will be extended to the SC and STs in line with the Dalit Bandhu scheme. A pension of Rs 4,000 will be extended to the elderly, widows and physically challenged.
