Hyderabad: Congress MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy is creating confusion with his statements and actions. Mr Rajagopal Reddy on Tuesday in the lobbies met finance minister T. Harish Rao and held discussions for more than 30 minutes which triggered speculations.
On Monday, Mr Rajagopal Reddy had said that his main target is to remove Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao from power.
Sources said that Mr Harish Rao and Mr Rajagopal Reddy discussed political developments, defection and other issues. Mr Rajagopal Reddy had said he was going to join in BJP and that the party was the only alternative to the TRS.
On Monday, he changed his tune and said that in the next Assembly elections the Congress would come to power. the Congress leadership has no clue whether he will continue in the party or whether he will join the BJP or the TRS.
Congress sources said Rajagopal Reddy met Mr Harish Rao to discuss pending bills. Rajagopal Reddy is a contractor and some bills were pending with the finance minister.
