Bhuvaneswari expresses anger over police denying permission to meet her

Kakinada: Imprisoned former chief minister Chandrababu Naidu’s wife Nara Bhuvaneswari has expressed anger over the denial of permission by the police to TD cadres who wanted to meet her.

She alleged in a tweet that police were denying permission for the Chalo Solidarity march by the TD cadre and their plans to meet her. She questioned, “Does the government have the right to restrict people from meeting me? They wanted to meet me to express their solidarity and organise a Sanghibhava Yatra. What is wrong if TD workers want to meet their mother (Bhuvaneswari) and why did the police issue notices to them? What right does the government have to prevent the people and TD cadres from meeting their distressed mother?”

She posted in the tweet a notice issued by the sub-inspector of Ghantasala police station.
