Kakinada: Nara Bhuvaneswari, wife of imprisoned former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has taken a decision to launch a campaign with the slogan “Nijam Gelavali (Truth shall Triumph)” from next week.
As part of the campaign under this slogan, she will visit and console families of people who have died after hearing the news about Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest.
Telugu Desam Party is designing a programme under which she will visit two to three families in a week spread over Andhra Pradesh.
TDP has also decided to restart its “Bhavishyathuku Guarantee” programme, which it stopped after the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu. TD leader N. Lokesh will lead the programme in place of the TDP chief.
Lokesh will restart his own “Yuvagalam Padayatra” after Chandrababu Naidu is released from jail.
The general body of Telugu Desam is expected to meet in the next 4–5 days to review the situation and chalk out the future plan of action.
