Srikakulam MP Criticises Vijay Sai Reddy
Visakhapatnam: Srikakulam MP Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu slammed Rajya Sabha member and senior leader of YSRC V. Vijay Sai Reddy for criticising TD national general secretary Nara Lokesh and his mother Nara Bhuvaneswari.
Talking to reporters in Srikakulam on Sunday, Ram Manohar Naidu said it was unbecoming of a Rajya Sabha member to make a personal attack on top leader and his mother, a social worker who was in service of the people in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
“People are aware of his role in land grabbing in north Andhra and Delhi liquor scam,’’ the MP said.
He said not long ago Vijay Sai Reddy ran after Chandrababu Naidu for appointment and now he was criticising his son and wife.
He said it was open that Vijay Sai Reddy grabbed expensive lands worth several crores in the heart of Visakhapatnam and along with his son-in-law swindled Rs. 307 crore in purchasing 108 ambulances.
He also alleged that Vijay Sai Reddy misled the institutions and managed some people to continue on bail. He added that he was kicked out of north Andhra by the local leaders and sent to Prakasam district. “It is also likely he would be kicked from there. The days are not far off he will land in jail,’’ Naidu said.
