Naidu Paying Crores of Corrupt Money to Lawyers, Alleges Lakshmi Parvathi

Vijayawada: NTR's widowed wife N Lakshmi Parvathi has raised some questions over Chandrababu Naidu’s legal expenses and asked how could the family manage to pay huge fees in crores to senior Supreme Court lawyers.

Chandrababu is accused-37 in the Rs 371 crore -skill development scam and is currently in judicial remand.

Lakshmi Parvathi said Naidu has hired as many as 18 lawyers including top lawyers from the Supreme Court like Siddharth Luthra and former Solicitor General Harish Salve. “These elite lawyers charge huge fees of Rs 1 crore to Rs 2.5 crore a day.”

"Where does the money come from for Naidu to pay? Is this not the corrupt money? Isn't this why Nara Lokesh parked himself in Delhi to make payments to lawyers," asked Lakshmi Parvathi.
