Kurnool: In adherence to the directions issued by the Election Commission of India, the initial phase of electronic voting machine verification was conducted on Sunday in the city under the supervision of the district election officer and collector G. Srijana.
During the inspection, collector Srijana said that the initial level checking of voting machines in the district had been completed and she visited the inspection centre, providing guidance and recommendations to the staff members on duty. District revenue officer K. Madhusudhan Rao, first-level checkup nodal officer for EVMs and district panchayat officer Nagaraju Naidu, and superintendent Murali from the collectorate election wing were also present.
