TD MLAs' behaviour in assembly despicable: Malladi

Vijayawada: AP Planning Board vice-chairman and YSRC MLA Malladi Vishnu has described the behaviour of opposition MLAs in the AP Legislative Assembly as despicable.

He said Telugu Desam has failed miserably in playing the role of a responsible opposition. Its members tried to turn the assembly into a political platform, instead discussing public issues.

Vishnu commented that people have started hating Telugu Desam legislators for behaving inappropriately by tearing papers and throwing them at the podium, and abusing speaker Thammineni Sitaram and Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The MLA said the entire state observed TDP's rowdyism in the legislative assembly. He underlined that it is necessary for all democrats to condemn the unruly behaviour of Telugu Desam members, who have brought down the respect of legislative assembly in a democracy.
