Tough triangular fight in Nirmal and Mudhole
NIRMAL: Candidates of the BRS, Congress, and BJP have intensified their election campaign in the last phase of canvassing for votes across Telangana State. Party leaders and candidates are busy explaining the promises made in their election manifestos to the people.
A tough triangular fight is evident among the BRS, Congress and BJP candidates. As usual, some candidates are doing road shows while some others are concentrating on house-to-house campaigns. All the major parties are mobilizing women in large numbers for their election campaigns.
K Srihari Rao of Congress, Aleti Maheshwar Reddy of the BJP, and Allola Indrakaran Reddy of the BRS have intensified their campaign in Nirmal. Ramarao Patel of the BJP, Narayanarao Patel of the Congress, and Vittal Reddy of the BRS in Mudhole are focusing on villages now as they have already covered the urban areas.
All the three main candidates in the Nirmal and Mudhole have intensified their election campaign and are reaching out to the masses. Leaders of caste organisations are thronging the candidates’ houses and brokering deals.
Members and leaders of a community called ‘Mandula’ were seen waiting for Maheshwar Reddy at his house in Nirmal to represent their problems on Thursday.
Congress candidates are campaigning about the six guarantees and their manifesto while BRS highlights various welfare and development schemes initiated and implemented in the last two terms of KCR besides the promises given in the BRS manifesto.
Indrakaran Reddy’s ‘Praja Asheerwada Yatra’ held in Mamada mandal began from Parimandal village to Ponkal in Nirmal assembly constituency.
BJP candidate Aleti Maheshwar Reddy campaigned in various villages in Dilawarpur mandal and interacted with the youth and women.
Candidate Srihari Rao campaigned in Vishwanathpet and YSR Colony in Nirmal town. Ramarao Patel of the BJP, Narayanrao Patel of the Congress and Vittal Reddy of BRS toured many villages as part of the election campaign.
BJP candidate Ramarao Patel, who joined the BJP from Congress, took a serious note of the presence of then-state president Bandi Sanjay during the Praja Sangrama Yatra. Ramarao Patel campaigned in Kubheer mandal, Narayanarao Patel in Kuntala and Vittal Reddy in Mudhole mandal in Mudhole assembly constituency.
