With Double Engine Sarkar, Double Development: Raja Singh
Karimnagar: By promising to transform the state into Bangaru Telangana, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has driven the budget-surplus Telangana state into debt, alleged Goshmahal MLA Raja Singh on Tuesday.
He appealed to the people to vote for the BJP and said the party would form a double-engine sarkar in the state that would bring about double-development.
Raja Singh met BJP national general secretary and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar at his residence here. Later, he said. “I was away from party activities for the last 14 months. When IT minister KT Rama Rao invited Munavar Farooqi to the state and abused Lord Sri Ramachandra, I reacted against him. For this, my party kept me away for some time.”
"The party noticed my services and blessed me not only by lifting the suspension but also allotting me the MLA ticket in the first list for the coming assembly elections,” he said.
He expressed thanks to Bandi Sanjay, recollecting that when Sanjay was the state party chief, the party suspended him from the party, but it was again Sanjay who requested the party leadership to lift the suspension.
“Under the BRS government there is corruption everywhere. I and Bandi Sanjay offered special prayers to Sri Mahalakshmi Devi and took a firm decision to dethrone KCR from the chief minister post,” he said.
