Kakinada: Rajamahendravaram MP M. Bharat Ram has found fault with Telugu Desam chief and former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for calling on poll strategist Prashant Kishore.
He told the media in Rajamahendravaram on Monday that Naidu had previously described Prashan Kishore as a ‘Dacoit’, but now he called on him. He said that this proved the opportunistic politics played by the TD chief. He said that the YSRC was not worried about Prashant Kishore and the TD meeting, as any poll strategist could make a difference of only 1 to 2 per cent of votes.
Irrigation minister Ambati Rambabu made factual comments on Prashant Kishore and the TD meeting. He said that no one poll strategist could affect the ruling party. He added that the people would not believe Naidu and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, who are migrated birds from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh.
RUDA chairman Rowthu Surya Prakasa Rao, party's Rajamahendravaram urban coordinator Dr Guduru Srinivas, and others were present.
