AAP MP Raghav Chaddha's Jhooth Bole Kauwa Kaate Moment
A crow today attacked Aam Aadmi Party Lawmaker from Punjab in the upper house of the parliament, Raghav Chaddha, in the parliament premises. The incident happened while he was busy talking over the phone. This incident was captured by a PTI photographer.
Shortly after, the pictures of a crow flying over Raghav Chaddha’s head as he is seen stepping out of the building after attending proceedings of the Rajya Sabha. The subsequent image shows the crow swooping down to peck at Chaddha’s head and a startled Chaddha bending down to avoid the attack.
BJP Delhi State Unit was quick enough to share these images on its twitter handle with the caption “Jhooth Bole Kauwa Kaate. Aaj tak sirf suna tha, aaj dekh bhi liya kauwe ne jhoothe ko kata” (Crow bites the liar. Had only heard it till today, but today saw it as well that crow bit the liar) in an obvious reference to the famous song from the Bobby movie andBJP’s accusations that AAP leaders spread lies all across.
While most of the twitterati had a blast at Chaddha’s expense with comments ranging from ‘Ashutosh the expelled AAP member attacking Chaddha in his true form’ to ‘Check whether Pari is manglik or not’; some were worried about his health as crow attack is considered a bad omen and suggested required rituals to be performed to ward off the ill effects, in their tweets tagging Chaddha.
