Ex-TPCC secretary applies for Nizamabad urban ticket

NIZAMABAD: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee former secretary N. Ratnakar submitted an application seeking an MLA ticket from the Nizamabad urban Assembly constituency at the Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad on Friday.

Ratnakar has been actively working in the Nizamabad Assembly constituency for the last three decades.

In the last Assembly election, Ratnakar contested as MLA and was defeated. Ratnakar has a close relationship with the TPCC leadership, which includes TPCC chief A. Revanth Reddy and former minister P. Sudarshan Reddy.

Congress party activists and well-wishers congratulated Ratnakar on the occasion.
