Underlining Prime Minister Modi's leadership, he emphasised India's evolution into a robust force. "When Congress was in power, the country's safety was compromised, there were terror attacks. In the new Bharat, there can never be a terror attack nor can anybody ever puncture a hole in its security. Because people know that 'Bharat chedtha nahi, lekin koi chedtha hai toh usse chodtha nahi' (India won't provoke, but if it ever is, it won't spare them)," he said to loud cheers.
