Hyderabad: Congress former state secretary Singireddy Somasekhar Reddy, the husband of A.S. Rao Nagar corporator Shirisha Reddy, joined the BRS on Friday. He was miffed that the Congress had fielded Parmeshwar Reddy, husband of Uppal corporator Madumula Rajitha, from Uppal for the Assembly elections. He has also decided to float ‘Revanth Badyatula Sena (RBS)'.
“After the second list of Congress, more people will join the RBS. It will be the platform for former Congress loyalists who will work for Revanth Reddy's defeat,” he told Deccan Chronicle. He added that Congress candidates upon their victory would join other parties after the elections.
