KARIMNAGAR: Congress former MP Ponnam Prabhakar on Saturday alleged that TRS MLA K. Chander Patel and his associates had looted crores of rupees from unemployed persons by promising them permanent jobs in Ramagundam Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited.
He was speaking after the suicide of one such victim, M. Harish. Prabhakar, accompanied by DCC president K. Satyanarayana and city Congress president K. Narendar Reddy, and the family members of Harish tried to lay siege to the house of the minister Gangula Kamalakar, demanding justice for the victim’s family, the police interrupted stopped them.
Tension prevailed for some time in front of the minister’s house.
