Kakinada: Rajamahendravaram MP and YSRC parliamentary party chief M. Bharat Ram said it is a fact that former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu looted public money in the skill development scam.
“That is why he experienced remand of 53 days in Rajamahendravaram Central Jail,” he maintained.
After inaugurating the new building of Veterinary Hospital in Rajamahendravaram on Monday, the MP told media that Naidu looted ₹375 crore through shell companies in the name of skill development training to youth after reaching an MoU of ₹3,000 crore with Siemens company.
After considering all evidence, the ACB court remanded Chandrababu Naidu to jail. Though High Court granted him bail after 53 days in jail, it did not give the former chief minister any clean chit.
Bharat went on to accuse Chandrababu Naidu, TD leader Lokesh and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan of playing cheap tricks for coming to power in next elections. But people would not give such a chance, as they have already decided to retain Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy as Chief Minister again.
The MP wondered by Lokesh is continuing his Yuvagalam Padayatra even though it is not receiving any response from people.
