Hyderabad: Telangana Congress working president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud demanded the BJP-led government at the Centre to ensure a fair probe into the Delhi liquor scam and poachgate incident by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
“The investigation agencies must look into the issue of Congress MLAs, who were purchased by the ruling BRS party in Telangana. The government deliberately registered false cases on Sunil Kanugolu and carried out raids on Congress party's war room by taking away important files and records,” Mahesh Kumar said.
He also accused the state government of causing confusion among farmers by introducing the Dharani portal, which was error-prone, and said that farmers died by suicide over lapses over land details.
He said that the TPCC would celebrate the party’s foundation day at Gandhi Bhavan on Wednesday.
