Hyderabad: Justice K. Lakshman of Telangana High Court on Monday adjourned the petition filed by BRS legislator from Tandur, Pilot Rohith Reddy challenging the enforcement case information report (ECIR) and investigations against him by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in relation to the poachgate case.
On the request of the counsel for Reddy, who had sought some time for the
senior counsel to appear, the judge adjourned the case to February 20.
Meanwhile, Sundereshan, additional solicitor general of India appeared on
behalf of ED.
Reddy wondered how the ED could issue notices to him in the poachgate case
when there are no money transactions in the bid and when was the
complainant.
