Fulfill all you promises, Gudur tells KCR
HYDERABAD: Senior BJP leader Gudur Narayana Reddy on Friday demanded Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to implement all the promises that he has made to the people of the state.
“After coming to power for the second time, he has forgotten all his promises,” he said in a release.
He said that about 13.70 lakh applications for Aasara pensions are pending clearance for the past three years. Although he promised to reduce the age for getting old age pension to 57 years, applications were not being accepted. Even the much assured Rs 3,016 benefit to each and every unemployed person in the state is kept in cold storage, he said.
“Except Rythu Bandhu, no single promise has been implemented in earnest. Due to mismanagement of financial affairs, the state is becoming bankrupt,” he charged.
This was also delaying timely salaries to government employees, the BJP leader said.
