Neither leaving BJP, nor joining Congress, says Vivek Venkatswamy

Hyderabad: Senior BJP leader and party national executive member Dr G. Vivek Venkatswamy on Tuesday said there was no truth in reports doing the rounds on social media platforms that he was leaving the BJP and planning to join the Congress.

In a brief statement, he said, “Contrary to the reports, I am not in touch with Congress leaders. Similar news was doing the rounds when I was in the USA some time ago. I have been in Pune for the past two days and I appeal to people not to believe such rumours.”
