BJP Leaders Condemn Stone-Pelting on MP Bandi's Office, Demand Strong Action
HYDERABAD: Hours after MIM activists threw stones at BJP MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar's office-cum-residence in Karimnagar on Friday, senior BJP leaders condemned the incident and alleged that it was a timid act by “MIM thugs.”
Union minister and the party’s state chief G. Kishan Reddy decried the stone-pelting by activists of MIM, which has a political alliance with the ruling BRS. He said that his party leaders and cadre cannot be ruffled by such attacks.
Moreover, such incidents will unite people to fight against anti-social elements.
BJP vice-president D.K. Aruna, while condemning the incident demanded the state government take stringent action against the miscreants.
Aruna wondered why the Karimnagar police had failed to take immediate action against the goons.
