Khammam: Tamil Nadu BJP in-charge and former MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy said people of Munugode are aware of the true colours of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, for he has cheated them several times.
“KCR failed to make a Dalit CM of Telangana. He has not fulfilled the aspirations of Telangana youth, who sacrificed their lives for separate state. “Neellu-Nidhulu-Niyamakalu” remains only a slogan. Hundreds of youth have committed suicide for not getting jobs,” Sudhakar Reddy stated.
Explaining what he has observed during his election campaign in Munugode on Sunday, he said he has noticed many engineering graduates and postgraduates wandering in various villages of Munugode due lack of jobs. A considerable number of them are doing small-scale jobs in Hyderabad.
The BJP leader said weavers are feeling vulnerable. Many of them have left their profession and are working as labourers in Hyderabad. He said people of Munugode have decided to teach a lesson to KCR by defeating TRS.
“Aspirations of Telangana people have not yet been realised. Then, why has BRS been announced,” he asked.
Sudhakar Reddy said corruption has touched new heights in Telangana. Natural resources are being looted by TRS ministers, MLAs and leaders. Sand mining has become an earning for all ruling party legislators.
The BJP leader alleged that TRS ministers are taking the help of police in distributing money to voters of Munugode.
