Hyderabad: Congress candidate Gaddam Ranjith Reddy exuded confidence in securing a consecutive victory in the Chevella Lok Sabha constituency, anticipating a substantial increase in his margin of victory compared to the previous election. Ranjith, who clinched the Chevella seat with a 14,000-vote majority in 2019, expressed optimism about the overwhelming support garnered during his 50-day campaign.
Concluding his campaign with roadshows across the constituency on Saturday, Ranjith Reddy said it was a direct contest with the BJP in Chevella, downplaying the significance of BRS despite their prior wins in 2014 and 2019.
Reflecting on his tenure as Chevella MP over the past five years, Ranjith Reddy highlighted his pivotal role in securing the abolition of GO 111, a longstanding obstacle to the constituency's development under the previous BRS government.
Acknowledging the collaborative efforts of supporters and leaders throughout his tenure, Ranjith Reddy expressed gratitude for the unprecedented response received during his extensive campaign activities. He urged voters to grant him a second term as MP, pledging to continue advancing the development initiatives initiated during his tenure.
