Raja Expresses Concern Over Poor Performance of YSRC in Polls

Vijayawada: Former Rajanagaram MLA Jakkampudi Raja has expressed concern over the poor performance of the YSRC in the elections despite taking up a raft of developmental works and providing welfare to the people.

Addressing the media in Rajahmundry on Wednesday, he said that their government had even provided water for raising two crops in Korukonda and Seetanagaram mandals and also provided seeds, fertilisers, pesticides, input subsidy, godowns and farm machinery.

He turned critical against a section of officers including the recently retired official working in the CMO, K Dhananjaya Reddy. This official did not show proper respect to the public representatives when they wanted to meet the CM and present their papers. A coterie of officials misled the CM on several issues, he felt.
