SC to hear pleas challenging constitutional validity of Places of Worship Act

Hyderabad: A special bench has been constituted by the Supreme Court to hear pleas that challenge the constitutional validity of the Places of Worship Act, 1991. The bench will comprise Sanjiv Khanna, Justice Sanjay Kumar, and Justice KV Viswanathan.
The Apex Court will hear the pleas on December 12, 2024 at 3:30 pm.
