Hyderabad: On the eve of Dussehra festival, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy greeted the people of Telangana. He said, “Dussehra also known and celebrated as ‘Vijayadashami,’ is a symbol of the triumph of good over evil, has a special place in Telangana's culture.
Revanth reminded the people to perform ‘shami puja’ and exchange ‘Jammi’ leaves as gold in the ‘Alai Balai’ on the Dussehra festival. Mr Reddy offered prayers to Goddess Durga wishing happiness, prosperity and success for everyone in Telangana.
