Vijayawada: The first additional chief metropolitan magistrate Karimullah recorded the statements of two eye witnesses in the stone pelting case against the Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy here on Saturday.
Earlier, the police served notices under Section 164 of CrPC to Santosh and Durga Rao to appear before the court and accordingly, when they did so, their statements as witnesses in the case were recorded.
