Kakinada: Five people were injured in a road accident near Mirzapur village on Saturday.
An oil tanker traveling from Kondapalli to Eluru suffered a tyre burst, collided with an auto rickshaw, and then overturned.
The Nuziveedu Rural police report that all five injured passengers from the auto rickshaw were initially taken to the Area Hospital in Nuziveedu.
They were later transferred to the government hospital in Vijayawada for further treatment.The Nuziveedu Rural police have registered a case and are investigating the accident.
