Visakhapatnam: Former Miss Vizag Nakshatra exposed her husband Tripurana Venkata Sai Teja’s extramarital affair involving her husband Tripurana Venkata Sai Teja in Visakhapatnam on Thursday.
She took media representatives to Teja's place, where they found Sai Teja with another woman.
Nakshatra and Teja had met while working on a film in 2013. They got married in 2017 and have a daughter.
According to Nakshatra, Teja began engaging in extramarital relationships despite her efforts to salvage their marriage. She then decided to confront Teja along with the media.
Teja, however, clarified that Nakshatra is falsely accusing him and his family members. He maintained that he had been discussing a film at his office with the woman.
The incident has gained significant attention in Visakhapatnam due to extensive media coverage of the incident, which falls within the jurisdiction of Three Town police station.
Three Town circle inspector Pardhasaradhi told Deccan Chronicle that the couple's divorce case has been going on in a family court since 2021.
“We have not filed any fresh FIR regarding the recent incident. We have counselled both the parties,” he maintained.
