Karimnagar: Headmistress Sattavva of the Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS) was killed when a TGRTC bus hit her two-wheeler from the rear at Gangadhara mandal crossroads in Karimnagar district on Sunday.
Police said Sattavva had participated in the Formation Day celebrations in her school at Shatrajapalli and was going home at Velichala village of Ramadugu mandal when the accident occurred.
On receiving information, police went to the spot and shifted the body to Karimnagar government hospital for postmortem and registered a case against the bus driver.
