Hyderabad to Host Global Healthcare Leaders at BioAsia 2025
BioAsia 2025 will host global leaders, policymakers, and industry experts on Feb 25-26, focusing on AI, clinical trials, and healthcare innovation.

Hyderabad: BioAsia, Asia’s leading life sciences and health tech forum, is set to host global industry leaders, policymakers, start-ups, and MSMEs convention in the city on February 25 and 26. Aimed driving transformative innovation in healthcare, it will feature an impressive lineup of speakers and discussions.
The event will help showcase the state’s leadership in fostering industry growth, collaboration, and cutting-edge research while attracting global investments.
Among the speakers are Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Union commerce minister Piyush Goyal, Governor of Queensland Dr Jeannette Young, and G20 Sherpa Amitabh Kant, and top executives from global healthcare companies and research institutions, including Robert A. Bradway, chairman Amgen; Prof. Patrick Tan, executive director, Genome Institute of Singapore; Dr Ken Washington, CTO, Medtronic, and Dr Boris Stoffel, managing director, Miltenyi Biotec.
The CEO conclave on the inaugural day will focus on opportunities and challenges in life sciences and will feature Dr S. Somanath, former chairman Isro; Satish Reddy, chairman Dr Reddy’s Laboratories and Dr Satyanarayana Chava, founder and CEO Laurus Labs, among others.
Industries minister D. Sridhar Babu, said on Thursday: “This year’s Bio Asia will be the most impactful yet, with a strong focus on AI-driven healthcare, innovations in life sciences, and India’s role in clinical trials.”
Shakthi Nagappan, CEO of BioAsia and director of Telangana Life Sciences, stated that India has immense potential to lead the convergence of life sciences and technology.
