Hyderabad: BRS leader T. Harish Rao took exception to school students being served rice with chilli powder and oil in Kothapalli of Kotagiri mandal of Nizamabad district on Friday. In a post on his X handle, Harish Rao said: Is this how future citizens of the country are going to be treated?”
Harish Rao said that the CM breakfast scheme introduced by the previous BRS government had been given a go-bye. “Now even the lunch is being neglected. This is typical of the neglect by Congress governments. The helpers, cooks of mid day meals have not been paid and students are not getting proper food,” he said and demanded that the Deputy CM should take note of the situation.
