Telangana: CM Revanth Reddy Vows Strict Action After Brutal Daylight Murder in Narayanpet
Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy took a serious view of a horrifying incident in Utkoor mandal in Narayanpet district, where a man named Guvvala Sanjeev was beaten to death in broad daylight. Expressing his outrage, Revanth Reddy warned that any individuals or groups engaging in physical attacks or murders will face severe consequences, regardless of their status or connections.
Revanth Reddy warned that negligence by any officials related to this incident would not be tolerated. He has ordered immediate disciplinary action against any police officers found to be negligent in their duties. The DGP has been instructed to implement stringent measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidents, ensuring the safety and security of the public.
Taking a serious view of the rape and murder of a six-year old girl in Peddapalli district, Revanth Reddy directed police officials to swiftly register a case under the Pocso Act. He assured the victim's family that the government was committed to delivering justice.
